The entire simulation, the engine for this game, that lifeblood of this game, is right underneath. They promised the game we know and love, and have gutted key features and removed Ladder exclusives all before launch. Call it what they've made it, which is a remake. If they intended to fix bugs that were present so long they've been deemed "features" (Ebug armor, WSG, WSM,) then don't tell me you have a remaster.
